Academic Analytics incorporates nationwide data to assist VCU in benchmarking activities at the academic discipline level.
Data and Information Management Council
DIMC serves as the university’s data and information governance committee, establishing and maintaining the core roles and responsibilities for individuals who participate in the university data and information lifecycle.
Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System
The Higher Education Act of 1965 requires institutions that participate in federal student aid programs to report data on enrollment, program completion, graduation rates, faculty and staff, finances, institutional prices, and student financial aid. These data are made available to students and parents through IPEDS.
